The VIP Package gives guests the ultimate Anthems experience, including:

RESERVED SEATING
Tickets from $99
A Reserved Seating ticket gives guests an allocated reserved seat behind the VIP admission area. Strictly no rugs or additional seats are allowed to be brought into this area. Reserved Seating welcomes guests of all ages.
Seating allocations will occur once you arrive at the event. Please ensure that you arrive with your entire group to ensure that you are seated together.

GENERAL ADMISSION
Tickets from $89
This ticket allows entry to all areas except for the VIP and reserved seating areas. There are no seats provided and is based on a first-come first-served basis. Bringing your own rug is encouraged. The General Admission area is open to all ages.
All children under 11 must present an Anthems ticket which can be obtained via our ticketing website.

Well, what if we bring bring the finest local and imported cheeses accompanied by the best in dried and cured meats into the picture? Enhance your ANTHEMS experience with a range of some of the finest cheese and meat platters. You'll have your pick from a selection of the tastiest local and imported cheeses, dried and cured meats and a range of crackers and breads all while you watch some of the most legendary music talent Australia has to offer.
Platters are pre-order only so make sure you order now! Platters will be available for pick up once you are inside the venue in the food market area.

Set across 250 hectares of stunning rolling hills, sits one of Canberra’s most beautiful venues, The National Arboretum. The venue features 94 forests of rare, endangered and symbolic trees from around Australia and the world. Enjoy a day of throwback Australian Anthems while surrounded by exquisite natural beauty.

SHUTTLES
Frequent shuttles will be running to and from The National Arboretum Canberra on event day, leaving from City West Carpark and Lake Tuggeranong College. Shuttle bus tickets can be purchased here.
PARKING
There will be parking facilities at the venue available for purchase for all VIP customers. VIP ticket holders will receive an email with a unique link to purchase the parking tickets. CBD parking will be available at City West Carpark which can be purchased on the day upon entry to the carpark. Unfortunately due to restrictions on parking availability, we cannot allow for all guests to park on-site.

Event Information
Event Times
The gates will open at 3:00pm, with live music from the get-go. The concert will conclude at approximately 11:30pm. Please ensure you have your printed or e-ticket ready for entry into the concert.
Please note – ALL guests will require a ticket to gain entry including children of any age. Complimentary tickets for children under 11 are still available via our ticketing website. For more detail on artist set times, please visit our website.

Please note – Canberra weather can change dramatically during the day, so please ensure you check the weather forecast and pack accordingly.
What not to bring with you
There will be bag searches upon entry to the concert, please refrain from bringing the following items to avoid delays.
- No BYO food or alcohol
- Glass or metal cutlery
- Bean bags or air beds
- Tents
- Marquees
- Umbrellas
- Aerosols
- Tables
- Professional cameras
- Drones
- Camping/deck chairs (As the venue is an amphitheatre with a steep slope, we cannot allow BYO chairs)
Please note that any patrons attempting to bring in alcohol, or found to have brought alcohol into the event will be removed without refund.
Parking
There will be parking available to purchase for VIP ticket holders, however, spaces are limited and we recommend that you book your parking space early to avoid disappointment. Parking MUST be pre-booked prior to event day.
All VIP guests must hold a parking pass that can be pre-purchased through the link that has been emailed out to all VIP guests.
There will be unreserved free of charge disabled parking available at the venue for all patrons with a valid disabled parking pass. There will be no other parking available for General Admission or Reserved Seating ticket holders.
Shuttle Buses
Shuttles will be leaving City West Carpark and Lake Tuggeranong College frequently from 3:00pm, concluding at 6:00pm. Return shuttles will commence at 10:30pm from The National Arboretum.
The shuttles will pick up and drop off at The National Arboretum in the same location.
Please bring your printed ticket to board the shuttles. Some shuttles will be wheelchair accessible, please ask the driver who will assist with wheelchair access. If the shuttle is not wheelchair accessible, rest assured the next shuttle won’t be far off!
Children and babies who can sit on your lap won’t need to have a ticket to ride the shuttle. Any children that require their own seat will need to have a ticket purchased for them.

Pick Up/Drop Off
We will have designated Pick Up and Drop Off zones for Ubers, Taxis, and private vehicles. Please keep in mind that this is a quick drop off zone and cars will be moved through rapidly to reduce traffic. Please follow the directions of the traffic control attendants on the day.
Disabled Parking and Access
There will be unreserved free-of-charge disabled parking available at the venue for all patrons with a valid disabled parking pass. There will be no other parking available for General Admission or Reserved Seating ticket holders.
Due to the safety concerns and the amphitheatre seating plan, unfortunately, wheelchair access is not permitted in the amphitheatre. There will be wheelchair viewing platforms with a great view of the stage in designated areas around the venue.
Food and Drink
We will have various food and drink vendors available on the day including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan food varieties.
There will also be a number of bars serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Each bar will provide free cups of water and there will be water refill stations around the event.
Please note food and drink are not permitted to be brought into the venue due to licensing requirements.
Pre-Ordered Platters
Our food platters were extremely popular and sold out just yesterday morning. We will have 13 incredible food vendors available that will cater to a wide variety of dietary and allergy requirements.
All pre-ordered charcuterie platters can be picked up from the food market after entering the venue. Platters must be pre-ordered prior to event day and can be purchased here.
Seating Allocation
Seating allocation for the VIP & Reserved Seating areas will occur upon entry to the concert on a first come first served basis. As long as you arrive with your group, you will be allocated a seat together and provided with a seat reservation sticker to reserve your seat. There will be several customer service assistants and ushers on the day to assist with any queries.
Chairs
Unfortunately, because the amphitheatre is so steep, we can’t allow chairs into the venue. The chairs being used in the VIP and Reserved Seating area have been specially made for the venue to ensure the safety of our patrons.
This includes:
- beach chairs
- camping chairs
- folding chairs
- stools
- bean bags
Picnic rugs and cushions are permitted and encouraged.
Children
Anthems is an all ages event and children are more than welcome to attend! We will have some great activities for the kids at Anthems to keep everybody entertained.
All attendees including children must hold a ticket to gain entry, which can be reserved here (under 12 years are free).
You will be able to bring in food for the kids, we want them to enjoy the day as much as everyone else.

Please note all minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the event and the VIP area is strictly 18+.
Safety
We will have first aid respondents on site for Anthems for any medical emergencies. Customer Service Officers will be readily available for any questions or assistance on the day.
We would like to ensure that safety of all our guests, including our littlest of fans; the concert will be loud and we recommend bringing ear protection for children under the age of 10.
Smoking
The whole Arboretum is a NON-SMOKING and flame-free site. No open flames or fires are permitted.
Weather
Canberra’s weather can be a hard one to pick! We recommend bringing a hat and sunscreen for the day, however, the nights can be cooler, so a jacket is also recommended.
In the event of rain, Anthems will go ahead unless advised otherwise. We highly recommend you bring wet weather clothes, but please note umbrellas are not permitted.

Conditions of Entry
All ticket holders present bags at our bag checking security stations.
There are no pass outs available at Anthems.
Patrons found to be attempting to bring in alcohol or inside the venue with BYO alcohol will be removed from the venue without refund.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on site.
Please refer to the above list of “What not to bring” to ensure that you meet the Anthems conditions of entry.
FAQ

What ticket types can access the standing areas?
All ticket categories will have access to the standing area.
Will you accept Companion Cards?
Absolutely! Once you have purchased your tickets please email info@oztix.com.au with your booking number and request for a companion card ticket.
Are prams allowed in?
Prams are of course allowed into the venue, however they will need to be checked into our cloak room if you are sitting in the Reserved Seating area. All aisles and exits will need to remain clear during the event. If you are seated in the General Admission area, we ask that you please fold down your pram during the event for the safety of yourself and other patrons.
Will I need ID?
Proof of age will be required for everyone over the age of 18yo.
Can I bring a picnic rug into the concert area?
We encourage General Admission holders to bring a picnic rug into the GA allocated area. No picnic rugs will be permitted in VIP or Reserved Seating areas.
Will there be merchandise available?
Merchandise will be available for purchase on event day.
